The location was fantastic with stunning views of Tower Bridge, making it worth the stay. the room was quite dated, and service wasn’t flawless, as the bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired. a decent experience though room improvement is needed.

Had a fantastic view from our upgraded room, it was absolutely breathtaking, seeing the landmarks from our window every morning was surreal.

It wasn’t dirt cheap but for what we got, I’d say it’s acceptable.

We had a lovely one-night stay and enjoyed the huge flat-screen TV and the comfy bedding in our standard double room. The pool was really refreshing, and I took advantage of their spa services, which was just what I needed. Just a heads up, the tea and coffee setup could use a little more attention, but overall we had a fantastic time! ☕️
